First week’s about to end…the profs are cool - none of them are intimidating (not yet). It’s the friggin’ selection of books for our first year subjects that pains me. I’m having trouble obtaining them all before the weekend. The load’s starting to pile up, hopefully I’ll have my Physio, Gross Anatomy, Embryology, Histology and Biochemistry textbooks next Monday. Did I mention they’re expensive? Heh. Money comes, money goes. And there goes all that hard-earned money…bye-bye! :P

Classes start on the 13th…hmm. Med school here I come. I wonder how I would fair with a younger batch of learners. It’s one of those things that make me sigh and say "whatever, I’m here now, there’s no turning back." Don’t get me wrong, I want this as much as I want to live, but uncertainty will always show its ugly head wherever I go, and it’s best to put on my game face as well.
